Took both my Pekingese in for a shampoo and cut. They did an amazing job. Probably the best grooming job they’ve ever received. Usually they come out of the groomer scared and shaking and they came out wagging their tails super happy. Definitely worth the drive from tucson.

I have a crazy schnauzer and Krystine is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He is usually not able to be groomed at all but they have me work with him at home and I come in every 4 weeks and he is doing so much better. Thank you so much for loving my dog even when he isn’t being a good boy.

My girl Zoe is 12 years old one eye Shih Tzu and hates getting getting groomed! She won’t even let me do it. Rose at Wags and Whiskers understood and knew how to help us. Thank you so much and we will see you soon!

I brought my long haired cat there. He just had his belly shaved, But they got all the mattes out. And my cat didn’t seemed stressed at all when I picked him up. They all seem very nice and patient in there. Also very reasonably priced for a cat. Will definitely go again when his hair grows in.

I took my dog Andy to be groomed just after Christmas. I've been going there since I moved to Arizona. This time when we got home I noticed he had a bad spot on his neck under his chin. It was to the skin and in fact was oozing. Not bleeding, but definitely a close scrape. It looked as though the guard may have been off the razor. I know accidents happen, but no one said a word and someone knew what they did. I picked him up and can only assume someone was hoping I didn't notice. Someone should have owned up and told me instead of just letting me take him and go it would have been the right thing to do.

I take my medium size dog Oliver Bandit every two months. My dog is very timid but the doggy spa made him relax and feel secure. I highly recommend this spa for your babies... ❤

Overall, I recommend Wags & Whiskers Pet Salon 5 star, but had a disappointing experience. I took my dog in to get a cut because I struggle with matting with her type of fur. I'm learning to deal (i.e., buying special brushes, detangler, etc) with her type of fur. I had a disappointing experience where a groomer told me to "next time take her to the Vet to sedate" her so she can get her hair cut. I thought the groomer would be able help me without the guilt trip especially for the reason I paid alot more for the mattes to be removed. The recommendation to sedate my dog next time when she has alot of matts was very disappointing instead of recommending products or grooming tips. I needed help and not the condemnation & poor recommendation of sedation.

New to Arizona coming from Texas. My 10 year old dog Autumn gets worried about groomers because she is timid with getting nails cut. I've taken her here twice and both times she seems very happy and not scared. Haircut is perfect and not so short that it cuts her or irritates her skin (have had that happen in Texas before). Place smells clean and sanitized and you can visibly see where the dogs are groomed. Very comfortable going here and Autumn likes it here too

My family just moved nearby and our first experience was very accommodating, nice and professional. My dog looks very nice, I understand he was a little tough and they took good care of him regardless. I highly recommend!

My four dogs always look ? k fabulous when they leave here. The staff is very conscientious about the quirks my fur babies have and always treat them like family. Cannot be happier with the service and quality Randy and the staff provide!

So far so good! They trimmed our new puppy and Libby seemed to like the people! Will go again!
